DMS

End-to-end distribution management for FMCG companies - route planning, cash collection tracking, and driver accountability from warehouse to shelf.

A distribution day, warehouse to settlement

04 steps
Step 01

Routes are planned before the truck leaves

Each morning's delivery routes are built from pending orders, vehicle capacity and delivery windows. Drivers open the app to a sequence, not a stack of paper invoices.

Step 02

Every delivery is logged at the door

The driver confirms delivery, records payment method - cash, transfer or credit - and captures a signature. The office sees it before the truck reaches the next stop.

Step 03

Cash is reconciled before the driver returns

Cash collected is tracked against invoices in real time. Discrepancies surface immediately - not at end of day when the driver is already home.

Step 04

The day closes with everything accounted for

Outstanding invoices, collected cash, returned product and credit notes reconcile automatically. The daily report is a fact, not a reconstruction.

What ships in DMS

06 capabilities
F.01Route optimization

Delivery sequences built from geography, vehicle capacity and time windows - not driver preference.

F.02Live cash tracking

Every payment collected is logged against an invoice at the point of delivery. The office knows the position before the van returns.

F.03Driver accountability

GPS trail, delivery timestamps and payment records per driver per day. No room for 'I delivered but they didn't pay.'

F.04Credit management

Outstanding balances per retailer, credit limits enforced at order time, aging reports that update daily.

F.05Inventory sync

Warehouse stock adjusts on dispatch and on return. Damaged and returned product tracked separately.

F.06Daily settlement

Cash, credit, returns and discrepancies compiled automatically. The accountant opens a finished report.

Built for FMCG distributors

DMS replaces the paper invoice stack, the end-of-day cash count and the phone call asking where the driver is. One system tracks the product, the cash and the person carrying both.

Typical operation: 3–50 vehicles

Use case: Urban FMCG distributionDaily multi-drop routes across Tirana serving 200+ retail points, with cash collection on every stop.
Use case: Regional wholesaleLonger routes, larger drops, fewer stops - but the same need to know exactly what cash came back.
Use case: Mixed fleetOwn vehicles and third-party drivers on the same routes, with the same accountability requirements.
